First Contact

After receiving your inquiry, we will consult with you to understand the details and requirements of your project. Then you can submit your designs for our team to review and process.

Design Prototype

Our team of experienced designers are equipped with the latest technology. With the help of 3D prototyping we provide you with highly accurate virtual samples so you can have a clear understanding how the final products will look, even before the physical samples are created.

3.

Sourcing Materials

We carefully select sustainable materials that are produced with minimal environmental impact. Having a rich stock ready in our warehouse and a wide network of suppliers, we provide the best quality materials and trims for our clients.

4.

Pattern creation & Cutting

With precision CAD design we prepare pattern creation and cutting plans design to save and reduce fabric loss.

5.

Samples creation

While we are sourcing materials, our team assists you in finalising the details of your designs and create the samples.

6.

Bulk Production

Once you are satisfied with the samples and receiving your approval, we begin large-scale production.

7.

Quality Control & Ironing

Upon completion of large-scale production, our quality control team will thoroughly examine the products to ensure they meet our standards. Then the products are sent to the packaging department for final preparation before shipment.

8.

Packing & Shipping

We will assist you in handling the necessary shipping documentation and coordinating the delivery of your products to your desired location.
